Dubai Cares and Microsoft cooperated to prepare one million students and teachers for the digital information age. In the initial phase, Microsoft supported the establishment of Learning Resource Centers, which served as knowledge hubs for students, teachers, and communities. The program provided an opportunity to develop the “model of intervention” and scale it up in other countries.
