Dubai Cares, in partnership with Sabre Foundation, launched a program in Ghana to improve the quality of early childhood education). As access to education expanded, the need to prioritize teacher training and capacity building became critical to ensure students receive quality learning.

The program focused on strengthening early years pre-service teacher training by providing learning resources and converting kindergarten classrooms into model practice environments. Building on five years of successful implementation and replication of the Fast-track Transformational Teacher Training (FTTT) methodology in the Central and Western Regions, this phase completed the FTTT rollout in the Western Region. It also piloted two one-year initiatives: a final exit and sustainability phase, and a new support scheme for student teachers transitioning into full-time roles as newly qualified educators.
