Dubai Cares, in partnership with ANERA, launched a program to strengthen the Early Childhood Development (ECD) sector in East Jerusalem, Gaza, and the West Bank.

In Gaza, the program supported 10 preschools through renovation and provision of essential equipment, along with comprehensive training for teachers and head teachers in modern teaching and learning practices. It also engaged parents by providing guidance on child care and development techniques. To enrich children’s learning experiences, the program introduced extracurricular activities, including the innovative “Hayya Naqra” reading campaign, aimed at fostering a culture of reading among young learners.
