Dubai Cares, in partnership with ANERA, helped improve early childhood centers to meet Early Childhood Development (ECD) needs, supported ECD pedagogy in preschools and improved early childhood care and development in the community. The program had a significant focus on both the infrastructure of the school and the literacy as it included the design and development of “Hayya Naqra” packs that aim to encourage emerging literacy and engender a love for reading among preschool children.
