The two-year program focused on the training of school leaders within underperforming schools in marginalized communities. It aimed to create a more impactful administration and elevate both teacher and student performance by developing solutions that could be implemented at scale across the country. The program sought to raise the level of engagement among school leaders through school management training and included the creation of the Indonesian Leadership Academy (INSPIRASI).
