Dubai Cares aimed to increase children’s access to primary education by developing a sustainable and integrated school-based deworming and hygiene model that focused on eliminating soil-transmitted helminth (STH) infections and improving access to sanitation.

Program activities included conducting regular awareness campaigns to encourage proper handwashing, personal hygiene, food safety, and safe defecation practices among students and parents.
