Dubai Cares, in partnership with Zero Hunger Trust Fund, supported the government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in strengthening its national school feeding program as part of its broader commitment to reaching the most marginalized children, including those living in remote Small Island Developing States. This support aimed to enhance children’s learning and well-being by improving both nutrition and literacy in primary schools, while also upgrading critical school infrastructure.
Through this initiative, Dubai Cares supported 12 schools with school feeding and reading assistance, benefiting, and contributed to the renovation of kitchens in schools, positively impacting schoolchildren. The program not only helped ensure that children received nutritious meals, but also supported their reading development, creating a more conducive learning environment for improved education outcomes.
