Dubai Cares, in partnership with United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNWRA), launched a fundraising campaign in response to unprecedented funding cuts aimed at protecting vital services for over 5.3 million Palestinian refugees. The Zakat campaign raised a total of USD 415,888, which was directed towards providing food assistance to Palestinian refugee students in Gaza. The total amount raised through the campaign enabled the distribution of 4,460 food baskets to the students and their families.
