Dubai Cares, in partnership with buildOn, supported the construction of a school that serves as a center of learning for a local community in Senegal. This program aimed to directly benefit primary school-aged children and illiterate women from indigenous rural communities by providing access to quality primary school infrastructure, gender-segregated wash facilities, and literacy classes for local community members.
